Positive: We booked this holiday home at the very last minute, and it completely blew us away! The 180-degree ocean view is absolutely breathtaking — you could sit on the deck all day just watching the waves in the distance and soaking in the scenery. The house has a beautiful garden filled with local plants and visiting wildlife, giving it such a peaceful, natural feel.
The location couldn’t be better — just a short distance from Grotto Beach, close enough to pop into Hermanus for restaurants and shops, and also an easy drive to Stanford for great food and a game of padel.
The house itself is spacious and beautifully kept, with large bedrooms and everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Hermanus is already a special place, but this home made our visit truly perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely stay in Hermanus. Close to Grotto beach and enjoyed taking our dogs. Comfortable beds and nice sea view from the top deck. We had a wonderful time! the house is fantastic for a family or group of friends. The braai/pizza oven area are amazing. <br/>We will definitely be back! Lovely home. Enjoyed our stay and great hosts!
