Our Services

Property Checks

We carry out full internal and external inspections weekly or bi-weekly. This includes checking light fittings, replacing bulbs, testing appliances, inspecting alarm systems, and looking for leaks, storm damage, or pest issues.

Gardens

We coordinate and supervise gardeners or garden services to ensure your property’s outdoor spaces are well-maintained, tidy, and healthy throughout the year.

Maintenance, Plumbing and Electrical Work

We work with qualified, experienced tradesmen to carry out repairs and preventative maintenance. You'll receive quotes and detailed photographic reports before and after each job.

Administration

We handle monthly account payments and manage a petty cash float for supplies, guest gifts, and consumables. You'll receive monthly financial statements and property visit reports.

Representation

With your authority, we can represent you at meetings such as those held by the body corporate, municipality, or tourism board. We attend, vote, and keep you fully informed.

Property Inventory

After each guest stay, we check the inventory, report missing or damaged items, and manage breakage deposits and any necessary replacements or refunds.

Meet and Greet

We welcome guests, explain appliances and alarm systems, and are available 24/7 during their stay. On departure, we secure the property and collect keys in person.

We handle every aspect of the booking process and are committed to achieving the highest possible query to bookings conversion rates. We never limit your properties exposure, we manage it effectively.

Guests Services

We are obsessed with the guest experience. It is our intention that all guests return for future holidays and refer their family and friends to your home. Prior to the arrival of guests, we will provide directions to your property and confirm arrival and departure information. We assist with airport transfers, car hire, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, advice on local events and any special requirements: personal catering, babysitters, photographers, etc. No request is ever too big or too small.

GENERAL CLEANING

Our dedicated team of cleaners manages all cleaning tasks, ensuring we maintain a high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping. Our services include: •Laundry on-site or at Laundromat •Initial setup and spring cleaning •In-clean refresh •Out-turn-around clean (owners) •Mid-booking linen change •Deep cleaning when required
