We work with qualified, experienced tradesmen to carry out repairs and preventative maintenance. You'll receive quotes and detailed photographic reports before and after each job.
We handle monthly account payments and manage a petty cash float for supplies, guest gifts, and consumables. You'll receive monthly financial statements and property visit reports.
With your authority, we can represent you at meetings such as those held by the body corporate, municipality, or tourism board. We attend, vote, and keep you fully informed.
After each guest stay, we check the inventory, report missing or damaged items, and manage breakage deposits and any necessary replacements or refunds.
We welcome guests, explain appliances and alarm systems, and are available 24/7 during their stay. On departure, we secure the property and collect keys in person.
We invest on being up to date on the latest global holiday home marketing trends in order to offer you a professional and all-inclusive solution to generate a return on your second home investment. We also market to our 12 plus year old guest book. Many of our guests are regular visitors to Hermanus and enjoy being introduced to new properties in our portfolio. We also have a great referral network and make use of all the available platforms to market your home like Airbnb, TravelGround and Lekkeslaap.

Most tour operators and travel agents will only deal with professionally managed properties. This is where at least 40% of bookings are still being generated, this is especially true when it comes to the overseas market. We handle every aspect of the booking process and are committed to achieving the highest possible query to bookings conversion rates. We never limit your properties exposure, we manage it effectively.

We are obsessed with the guest experience. It is our intention that all guests return for future holidays and refer their family and friends to your home. Prior to the arrival of guests, we will provide directions to your property and confirm arrival and departure information. We assist with airport transfers, car hire, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, advice on local events and any special requirements: personal catering, babysitters, photographers, etc. No request is ever too big or too small.

Our dedicated team of cleaners manages all cleaning tasks, ensuring we maintain a high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping. Our services include: Laundry on-site or at Laundromat; Initial setup and spring cleaning; in-clean refresh; out-turn-around clean (owners); mid-booking linen change; and deep cleaning when required
